Nirvana was never … Nirvana was never concieved as a political band
it was just Kurt and Krist and Dave or Chad playing because they love playing it was about passion
its just that when the band became so big that people eventually knew the political views of the band
It’s that attitude … It’s that attitude right here is what turned me against grunge in the 90’s. If you’re not in the music business to make money why are you in it for? If these bands truly wanted to play music just for the sake of playing music they wouldn’t have platinum records. They’d be playing with each other in their basements or garages.
LOL?? The band took … LOL?? The band took a break.. they never sold out. What the are you smoking? They never changed their Experimental style of music.. It is true that the only thing that really matters is the actual music and art.. and thats what system was all about. They made their songs for the people and not for the radio and mtv. They actually despised MTV for not allowing them to express the creative songs that they chose to write and sing in their show. Gah no matter. This is nirvana, and nirvana rules
WHAT the are … WHAT the are you talking about? SYOD sold out a few years back. Sorry to burst your bubble. I know this because I am pretty close to them and the lead singer.
Look into Buckethead. I think he is the most down to earth player. Masks his face just because he feels his identity is irrelevant, all that matters is his music.
There are still … There are still some modern bands that were and are in it for their fun and because they WANT to do it, and not for the money. Praise god for System of a Down… even though the band is now doing little solo works, they are clearly not in for the money. Sadly there are alot of bands that are real sell-outs :(. Lets charish what we have, and hope that more good bands erupt from the soil of .
I hate todays music … I hate todays music, everybody’s in it for the money. A good band is one that’s not in it to get rich but to get out a message or moral or just to have fun. That’s why Nirvana is so great.
of course kurt … of course kurt wasnt mad at weird al because his parodies were actually funny and way better then the millions of terrible covers done by other bands which totally butchered the album nevermind.
Anyone who cannot … Anyone who cannot appreciate the raw beauty of this song is simply missing out. So their life must suck. So why bother trying to correct them?

I will ing spam your page so ing much.
And you ing moron, Patti Smith, Tori Amos, and Paul Anka found Nirvana as an influence. Patti Smith ruined Smell’s Like Teen Spirit but she liked the band.
And dude, Kurt said when Weird Al made fun of Rape Me and Smell’s Like Teen Spirit, he was ing happy not ed off, they even talked to each other idiot.
And BTW It’s ing Weird Al, makes fun of alot of songs.
Nirvana is one of the best bands that have ever exsisted
i’ve read heavier … i’ve read heavier then heaven (i know it’s courtney love influenced, but it’s still his bio), his journals, and cobain unseen, and they all said he felt most comfortable with buddahism, glad i helped.
