Country music MP3 files are as popular as any on the market today and portable players are the way to go to enjoy music any time and any where. While the commercials tend to belie those wonderful littler miracles of modern technology with their hip-hop beats, the truth is there is lots of country music available for download. Just like any other music fans, country fanatics can be right at home with a portable MP3 player.

Getting in on this musical trend in the making is fairly easy for anyone to do. The truth is the files are easy to find, easy to download and even easier to enjoy. Since they can be taken anywhere, there’s no reason for a country music fan to go without their fix no matter where they are.

Let’s take a look at the top five reasons anyone with a penchant for this genre can benefit from downloading country music MP3s:

* Affordability. MP3 files, just like any other download out there today, tend to cost a lot less than buying entire albums. This means fans can buy the songs they want rather than having to pay for an album to get only a track or two that really gets their feet tapping.

* Manageability. The fact is a music collection can be a real bear to organize - especially if it’s a big one. MP3 files are easy to sort through the use of computer programs and even easier to manage on portable players. Since the computer does most of the work for the player’s owner, it’s just a question of pretty much dropping and dragging files onto the machine for download.

* Availability. As country music MP3 and others become more and more popular, it’s very easy to hit the Internet, buy a song and have it ready to go on a portable player in a moment’s notice. If you have a song stuck in your head, it’s likely you can have it stuck in your player within seconds.

* Cutting edge. As these files become the wave of now, more recording artists are releasing in this format and even giving sneak peeks of their work before it’s finalized. This means country fans can be on the very cutting edge of the genre with their musical collection.

* Portability. This is one of the biggest draws for country music MP3 files. The truth is portable players can go anywhere their owner goes and they can even be plugged into stereo speakers. This means music can be enjoyed privately and on the go, or it can be plugged in and played out loud for enjoyment around the house. Also, since most files also play through the computer, that options is available as well.

Country music in the MP3 file format is becoming very popular on just about all major music download sites available today. By offering fans an alternative way to get their music, these downloads give users the freedom to buy what they want when they want and take the tunes where ever they go.

The music scene in Sacramento is a potpourri of great artists and a few up and coming ones. With several major successes and label recordings and signings over the past few years, Sacramento is now firmly placed on the map of the music industry. Sacramento music scene reflects the entire culture of the place, which consists of both classical as well as modern genres. However, amongst all the other genres of music, jazz has now become synonymous with Sacramento. There are many music festivals held in Sacramento, making it one of the biggest music destinations in the country today.

If you are planning on visiting Sacramento and you happen to be a music lover, then perhaps you already know that Sacramento is famous for its sponsorship of the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee and the Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society, which bring music to the area in myriad ways. The Sacramento Jazz Jubilee is the world largest traditional jazz festival, which attracts thousands of people who come to hear the musicians perform during the Memorial Day weekend.

Monthly concerts, Jazz in the Park, and the Youth Scholarship Program all highlight this citys everlasting love for jazz. The piano lounges and blues clubs are all tucked away in cozy little corners throughout the city, where some of the most talented amateur musicians and established artists perform.

If you are interested in classical music, there are plenty of exciting programs and events in store for you in Sacramento. The Camellia Symphony Orchestra is recognized all over the country for producing and presenting programs that are high in artistic merit, which include world premieres, rarely performed and basic repertoire works. If you are interested in studying classical music, then it is offered in Sacramento in association with some of the local universities. Some of the universities with such programs are U.N.I.Q.U.E at CSU and the Mondavi Center at UC Davis.

In the eighties, bands like Club Nouveau, Tesla, Steel Breeze and Bourgeois Tagg made big news in the music scene, and each of them had national hits. Tesla continued to make big money until the nineties before they broke up temporarily, and then got back together over the millennium. Also, in the nineties, the local artists that went on to become national musical successes included DRS, Deftones, Papa Roach, Cause & Effect and Oleander. Indeed, the history of music in Sacramento includes various artists that either came close to making it or made it to stardom. From Lynn Anderson to Mark Curry, Kevin Sharp to Timothy B Schmit, these artists were based in Sacramento before, during or after signing up for a record label for national distribution.

What is more, the Memorial Auditorium, the Crest Theatre, the Arco Arena and the Sleep Train Amphitheater are all known for hosting big names and rock concerts, and even national pop-tours. The Amphitheater is particularly famous because it is brand new and has state-of-the-art, open-air concert facilities in its 18,500 seater space. It also has an exceptionally good sound system and three large video screens. On weekends, the locals head towards the Cesar Chavez Plaza and J Streets for the free Friday night music concerts. For a little over two weeks, local bands perform here, attracting more than 5,000 people each week. Blues, country, alternative music, and rock and roll are performed at this Friday night event. Everything, from beer to wine, food vendors to soda gardens and great music form the essence of this tradition.

What with all the music festivals and programs, events and traditions, Sacramento has become an important hub of music. Who would not want to come here to have a good time?

Downloading iPod music online can be a tricky business if you are not careful. You may wonder what’s there to worry about. Everyone else, even your neighbor’s dog is downloading music for iPod while he is watching TV, right? I encourage you to join me in a quick walkthrough on the pitfalls, tips and tricks of downloading iPod music.

Sure, if you are downloading from iTunes, then every worry that you may have can be laid to rest. However, if you are a little adventurous and want to try new iPod download sites, or perhaps tight in your pocket and just want to get some free music to enjoy, then the following information is important to you.

You may have probably heard of Kazaa, or similar free sites like that, or even are downloading iPod music from them. Then I have some alarming news for you. Despite claims by these free download sites that downloading iPod music is safe, users are unknowingly downloading bundled adware and spyware when they use the download client to access these music files online. Let’s face it, the free sites need some form of revenue to keep their sites running isn’t it? The endless streams of pop-ups when downloading music are also extremely annoying.

The legality of downloading iPod music from these sites is controversial. While it is fair to say that downloading shared files produced by amateurs that are home-made, ie not commercial and copyrighted audio files is legal, you are still treading in grey areas because you never know when you are downloading pirated music. If you can live with all these uncertainties and vulnerabilities, then go ahead and download music from them by all means.

Since there are so many problems associated with downloading iPod music from these dubious sources, a logical conclusion would be most people would download iPod music at stores such as iTunes, eMusic, etc. Strictly speaking, if this is the only safe option other than the free download sites, then most folks would be getting their music there at $0.99 per piece or anywhere between $0.70 - $1.99 per track. This is after all cheaper than getting a CD that only contains 1 or 2 tracks you like since you can download 10 of your favorite songs from different singers instead of entire albums. But by today’s standard, this is not cheap at all. I will explain why.

What if there are download sites that offer you a lifetime access to download iPod music for a one-time fee? We are not talking about expensive country club memberships which only the well-heeled can afford. Consider this offer these sites make; a full lifetime membership for downloading iPod music – unlimited music, songs and music videos at anytime at any place in a totally secured environment free from viruses, adware and spyware at the price of a few cinema tickets and snacks thrown in. All these sound too good to be true but whether it is real or not, the music community is the best judge for it. In case you are not informed, many music enthusiasts have opted for this alternative as the mainstream resource for downloading iPod music. If you are curious and want to learn more, read my blog to get the scoop of what is happening in the music community and where people are flocking to download incredibly cheap music for their iPods.

Touch you touch you by hot hot heat.

Lyrics:

Cars look oh so so sad.
Roads look oh so so drab.
Windows copied and pasted.
Buildings look pixelated.
Alphabetical names.
Dropping, wet dripping.
No rain will blur invisible ink.
I think you think I wrote it down.
Why are you wired in to the wall?
Why are you wired in it at all?
Know you won’t believe it -not until you see it.
No. Know you won’t believe it -not until I write it down.

I touch you, touch you.
